1 litre of tears

Watching the show gave me a heavy sinking feeling...make me feel like i'm a worm...makes me feel like i've been wasting my life...makes me want to do something constructive...something useful. It taught me how to appreciate every little thing in life, things we took for granted. How great it is to be alive, to be able to run, to do the things we want, to pursue our dreams, to be surrounded by frens and family who care.

How i wish that no one will be down with spinocerebellar degeneration. Its such a terrible illness... the brain will gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat. However it does not affect the mind. U want to walk, but u cant; u want to speak, but u cant. ur body no longer feels like its urs. i wonder wat will I be like if im down wif such an illness... wat will i do if my family member is down wif tis illness...

I salute Aya and her family, for being so optimistic, so strong, so brave, and so lovely, so wonderful. The choice btw living everyday in happiness or sadness, the choice is clear...

“Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing." --1 litre of tears
